** Daub's Robotrad-s is a hydraulic dough and moulding divider for artisan=
bread that benefited from a long pre-proofing time. It is equipped with a=
dividing disc to divide dough in exact weight portions. By using a side g=
rid holder=2C it is possible to mould and form the dough without the use o=
f any pressure. Moulding and forming is achieved by gently moving dough th=
rough the interchangeable grid which is available in various long=2C squar=
e=2C circular and triangle versions.
